Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you have read and agreed to these termsI reserve the right to reject and refund a commission I don't feel comfortable with (deadline, subject, etc.)

✧Payment✧

✧All payments done with PayPal via Ko-fi✧You don't need a PayPal or Ko-fi account to complete the payment
Only requires: email to receive invoice + credit/debit card✧Full payment upfront, I will not start working on the commission unless payment is received✧For commissions $100+, there will be the option to pay 50% before I start working and 50% after the sketch approval✧Payment must be done within 3 days after finalizing the commission price. Clients will have to cover transaction fees✧Any FAQs about Ko-fi payments can be found here:

✧Process✧

✧After a commission form is sent, I'll be contacting you with a confirmation through the provided email outlining the details and any additional questions you or I may have✧Once everything is set, I'll redirect you to my Ko-fi and I'll start working when the commission has been paid✧After the payment is made, I'll keep you updated with the progress and ask for feedback. Revisions can be made if desired

Please include the following information in the form and when discussing via email

The more specific, the more accurate and desired commission!

✧Visible references/pictures on a shared document link (e.g. google docs) compiling a list of:

  • character/s

  • pose ideas

  • clothing

  • mood/colors/color palettes

  • background/s

  • feel free to include your own drawings! And/or a sketch idea of what you want

✧A description of who, what, where, when, why, doing what, for what, etc.
✧Please specify if you require a certain canvas size, resolution, or color mode
✧Your budget range
✧Any additional notes (optional)✧I'm okay if you give me creative freedom but I do need at least a general idea of what you want and a few references!

✧Revisions & Edits✧

✧I will update you at each stage of the commission as follow:
❶ Rough sketch
❷ Sketch or Lineart
❸ Flat coloring
❹ Rendering - for rendered sketches and illustrations
❺ Finishing touches - if needed✧Minor revisions are done for free. Any major revision will come with an additional fee depending on the complexity of the change✧Watermark will be present through all stages✧The "Commission Do Not Use" sign will not be visible in the delivery to the commissioner✧The final piece will be emailed as a .png

✧Turnabout Time✧

✧If you have a specific deadline in mind, don't hesitate to reach out beforehand so I can discuss with you whether or not I will be able to work with that deadline✧It can take me about 1 week to 2+ months to complete your commission. This depends on the complexity and type of commission + other commissions I may be working on simultaneously✧Please be patient, I tend to draw slowly so it may take some time for me to complete a commission✧If an extension is needed I will inform you

✧Commission Use✧

✧Commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. I don't allow my work to be used for commercial purposes, blockchain-related technology (NFTs, cryptocurrency, etc.), AI generation/training, reproduction, or any kind of profit✧I reserve the rights to my work. This includes but is not limited to the right to distribute, share & post on social media, reproduce, copy and/or use the commission as a sample for sales or self-promotion, reuse rejected sketches and design elements for other commissions or personal works✧You may resize or crop the commission for icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format. Altering the artwork itself is not allowed✧If you decide to publicly share the commission, please credit back @sopita_arts/Instagram or @sopitaarts/Bluesky - credit needs to be put in bio if the artwork is used as an icon/pfp✧The client must ask for privacy in advance if they do not want me to share and post the commission on social media

✧Refunds & Cancellations✧

✧A complete refund will be given if the commission is cancelled and nothing has started yet or if I find myself unable to finish the commission. Please refer to the Trello page (Comms Progress) first before contacting me✧No refunds after I started working on your commission✧I will not redo or refund if the client is unsatisfied with the final piece
