✧Payment✧

✧All payments done via PayPalClients with a PayPal account:

Only requires: email to receive invoice + credit/debit card✧Full payment upfront, I will not start working on the commission unless payment is received✧For commissions $100+: there will be the option to pay 50% before I start working and 50% after the sketch approval✧Payment must be done within 3 days after finalizing the commission price✧Clients will have to cover a Paypal processing fee. ✧Waitlist & Process✧

✧Clients can fill out the waitlist form located on the home page! When I have availability/their slot is up, they will be notified via emailNOTE: if a client is unable to order a commission when their waitlist turn is up, they can remain on the waitlist for free - I'll cycle back during another opening✧No responses after 3 business days to the commission notification will result in the email's removal from the waitlist. Clients are welcome to reapply for a waitlist slot. There are currently only 5 waitlist slots. This is subject to change in the future✧After a request form is sent, I'll be contacting the client with a confirmation through the provided email, outlining the details and any additional questions the client or I may have✧The client is responsible for providing the necessary information, descriptions, and references✧Once everything is set, I'll start working when the commission has been paid✧Updates will be given and I'll ask for feedback throughout the process. Revisions can be made if desired✧I'm okay if clients give me creative freedom but I do need at least a general idea and a few references!

✧Revisions & Edits✧

✧Updates will be given at each stage of the commission as follow:
❶ Rough sketch
❷ Sketch or Lineart
❸ Flat coloring
❹ Rendering - for rendered sketches and illustrations
❺ Finishing touches - if needed✧Clients can follow the progress on my Trello page! - located on the home page✧Minor revisions: clients are given a maximum of 5 free revisions - additional revisions will come with a +10% fee
Examples include but not limited to:
❶ Color corrections
❷ Adding/removing visual effects or color filters
❸ Minor feature adjustments✧Major revisions: will come with an additional fee depending on the complexity of the change. Major revisions past the approval of the flat coloring stage are not allowed
Examples include but not limited to:
❶ Changing the pose
❷ The mood and overall color scheme
❸ Composition/perspective
❹ Removing a character✧Watermark (signature) will be present through all stages that no client or non-client may remove

Example:

✧Turnabout Time✧

✧If there is a specific deadline in mind, don't hesitate to reach out beforehand so it can be discussedRush orders: at least 15% additional charge if the deadline is within 14 business days from the day of ordering and paying
15%+ to the total cost of the commission - if the commission is complex and the deadline is extremely tight, this is subject to change✧It can take me about 1 week to 2+ months to complete the commission. This depends on the complexity and type of commission plus other commissions I may be working on simultaneously✧Please be patient, I tend to draw slowly so it may take some time for me to complete a commission

✧Delivery & Deadlines✧

✧The client will receive:
❶ A full resolution of the commissioned artwork file. The canvas size will automatically be set to A4 (2480x3508px) at 300 DPI and delivered in .PNG unless specified otherwise by the client
❷ A copy with the "Commission Do Not Use" label for public use✧The client will be notified if there are any delays/changes and an extension will be informed. Vice versa, the client is also expected to inform of any delays to their response time. This also adheres to major life events such as hospital emergencies, family emergencies, and family/loved ones deaths✧Giving feedback/asking for revisions is the client's responsibility. If the client is unresponsive within 3 business days of an update, I will remind the client to respond✧If the client does not respond within 2 business days of the reminder, I will move forward with the commission regardless of the client's lack of input✧I am not responsible for delays to the final product caused by client unresponsiveness/delays during each revision stage

✧Commission Use✧

✧Commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. I don't allow my work to be used for commercial purposes such as:

*Anyone found using my art for generative/training AI and/or creating blockchains of any kind from my artwork will be blacklisted and blocked from my socials, contacts, and any further commission opportunities. This includes non-commissioned, personal artwork of mine as well✧I reserve the rights to my work. This includes but is not limited to the right to distribute, share & post on social media, reproduce, copy and/or use the commission as a sample for sales or self-promotion, reuse rejected sketches and design elements for other commissions or personal works✧Non-profit printing (e.g., personal printer) for decoration or display on your wall at home/dorm/apartment, etc. is allowed✧Clients can resize or crop the commission for decorating online/digital spaces (icons, wallpapers, Vtuber/PNGtuber usage in videos/streams, banners) or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format. Altering, replacing, or concealing the artwork itself and the watermark is not allowed✧If the commissioned artwork is publicly shared or posted, please credit back @sopita_arts/Instagram or @sopitaarts/Bluesky - credit needs to be put in bio if the artwork is used as an icon/pfp✧The client must ask for privacy in advance if they do not want me to share and post the commission on social media✧Clients or non-clients cannot claim the artwork as their own

✧Refunds & Cancellations✧

✧The client has the right to cancel and receive a full refund if the commission has not started yet
✧A full refund will be issued if I find myself unable to finish the commissionColored sketch, flat colored, and rendered commissions:
✧The client has the right to cancel and receive a 50% refund before the coloring stages - no refunds past the approval of the sketch/line art stageSketch, line art, and chibi/choob/cheebs commissions:
✧No refunds once the commission has started✧I will not redo or refund if the client is unsatisfied with the final product. All sales are finalNOTE: a refund will not be fully returned because the payment processing fee is non-refundable
